Searches in quotes - results changing

How we're improving search results when you use quotes (blog.google)

Personally I think google fails more in this area then almost anywhere.

I often find pages and pages of results pointing at pages that do not have the "quoted content or even same words" on the pages they show as results.

If this is improved, it will be a welcome change.

That’s very true, Rick, and you’ve brought up a very valid point. Google gives me the same trouble. Even when I specifically search for a term, I’m given back results which don’t match up to what I want.

I really can’t trust Google.

I hope they’ll actually get it right this time.
