Hi, im selling clean and responsive website. Its in niche affiliate guide and its a new trend market portal for affiliate programs review and mainly developed for 2nd tier commission plan. I make a first step seo, so if sell future owner need to continue with seo, links and content. There is articles on website, that are seo friendly and there is some links, but at all site is clean and fresh.
