All I see are posts by an unknown, claiming to be an expert, yet uses excuses not to provide any public proof (link/s directly posted to this forum thread). Every one of your posts is selling something. You've got no cred here. Hence most members will see you as just another yanker, yanking their chain.

But I do agree with you, 700/PBN is an outrageous cost. 10 PBN sites for 7000 is one of the most outrageous things i've ever heard.

You can literally buy a bunch of niche edits/inserts/guest posts from this forum and still have money to build 20+ PBN's yourself.
"A large client" on his say so. Go ahead, be my guest, prove my point. You'd have to be as daft as a brush to random buy a PBN site with one page of content for $695.

The brand new account is nothing to go off, yet speaks volumes.

Also I would not consider 1 one pager a PBN site. Would you consider a one page site a blog? Where I'm from that is basically known as a splash page.

And to add to.this. . . . . . Has big time clients yet basically "spams" forums for sales. Sounds legit right?

    Hi, mickyfu
We have only 35 one-page sites. We divided them into packages.
For you we can remove one-page sites and sell, only sites with an average of 10 internal pages

Will you consider an exchange for a car?

Reason for exchange, the previous owner does not need it any longer due to breakfailure and a huge tree...

    -Cost admin work (see above)
-Cost of webmasters work (see above)
-The cost of the designer's work - design work really? Standard WordPress themes.
-The cost of the work of a link builder - Fiverr.com? $5

All in all you'd probably get far further selling your PBNs at a sensible price, rather than thinking you are real clever and everyone here must be dumb. Again $695 for a one page setup WordPress site?

I'd also take an educated guess that the domains are simply expired domains with no real SEO value to them. Basically spammed dropped domains.
its hard to estimate when there are no urls listed. But in his defense, costs are way higher then you mention, offcourse depending on the quality.

    - an average quality article costs around 30-50 bucks or more...sure you can get them for 10 but then you get some pakistani made text or text with low amount of words.

    - even if you hire people to make the texts it costs a huge amount of time to instruct those people, to do the text-check, to finetune them, to insert in on the websites, to discuss them with your client and so on. same with the design, even if it are standard wordpress themes, filling a site always costs time..and always takes longer then you expect.

So, for exampleif i create a site with 10 pages, it cost me 10x40=400 for text, 50 for wordpress template, 150 for implementation/setup. thats already 600. so lets say i cost 75 dollar an hour and it takes me 10 hours per sites to finish it all. thats another 750. But ok, if you are located in some eastern europe country you can probably get away with 10 dollar an hour, but still... its not only about the basic costs, its also about time spend and things like that.

But ok, i agree that the prices are huge based on the info provided....i think he has better chances to show all urls openly, so people can make serious calculations...as now people just have to guess the quality...

but ok, he is free to do whatever he want of course...

Correct they are way higher if you make quality PBN sites. However this is very very rare from PBN sellers. Or to be honest who does make quality PBN sites? Sure some do.

If I wanted to pay $6950 for 10 sites, I'd want to see $6950 worth of work. However this is not possible "to protect the network". Oh if I had a pound for every time I'd heard that one.

Would you buy anything for $6950 without seeing it first? I certainly wouldn't.

His responses are peppered with discrepancies.

    A.) His client went bankrupt.
B.) His client had his epayments frozen.

Do you consider (for example) Bankruptcy being the same as having ones PayPal account frozen?

I think just looking at these two statements made hours apart you can see what is going on here.

Funny enough. Every time I see people offering high quality PBN sites, who can't give reports "to protect their websites"

I test them (the ones who fool me) with brand new untouched websites. This way no matter how many crawlers like Ahrefs they block, they can't block GSC.

And funny enough, every site picked up by GSC is always complete and utter crap. They aren't "protecting their network" people simply would not pay for the crap they sell.

While I have received quite a few pm's in recent days concerning this thread, I appreciate the various comments and suggestions as they have been carefully considered.

There were a number of requests for considering closing/locking the thread and they were also considered.

Anyone reading the thread can clearly see there have been a number of opinions voiced and a few from each side of the debate.

As a number of very seasoned and long time respected GPWA Members have suggested, this particular offer is at a considerably high price tag, and many have tried to carefully point out their opinion as to the lack of value against that price.

We have decided to currently leave the thread open.

We do feel that it has been a healthy debate and we would like to say that anyone considering buying this group of sites or any site or domain to very carefully study the offer, the names and domains of the sites in question, the stats of sites being considered and the price range.

    Hi, mediapartner, mickyfu, and everybody

Consider an example from 10 sites:

Average number of pages per site: 10
    (without sites one-page)

Average words of text on each page: 2098 words
    Cost of one text $35 - $45
    10 texts * $40 = $400 one site
    $400 * 10 sites = $4000 for content only

Proofreader: $4 per verified text. ($400 for 10 sites (each site has 10 pages)
    Admin: $300 per month
    Webmaster: $400 per month

    Domain: $9
Hosting: $3 per month (vps server)

We want to make summer discounts:
    New price:
    10 sites - $4 865
    30 sites - $12 565
    50 sites - $17 465

Write your email address, I will send several PBN domains.
