    Default sending PM's

I note that new users need 10 posts before they can send private messages.

Would that mean I also couldn't reply to a message if I receive one ?

Reason for asking is I want to contact a member who is providing services. I've commented in that users thread that I'm unable to contact them by PM as they requested due to being a new user.

    Any advice welcome thanks!

Yup I thought as much, which is fair enough. Happy to hang around and contribute.
