Skrill - member verification email

Has anyone received regular payments via Skrill and then receive an email from their Members Verification requesting a form to be completed called a 'Source of Wealth' form? They are asking for 3 months of my personal banking and other things that I find odd.

I've been verified and have gotten payment for the past 12 months with them. Suddenly got this notice this month. They threaten to suspend my account, which is fine, as I can use other methods for payment.

Just wondering if this is legit or not?

Yes. I have accounts set-up in 2005. Verified to the max. They even gave me additional currency accounts back in 2005 (back then there was no VIP and no other currency accounts allowed) because I used to be huge gambler. Still they asked me for those papers. I even had siver VIP account. Then they asked me for more and more info. The procedure took months. Then I did not answer on time. They blocked my accounts in all currencies and blocked also accounts of people to who I sent money via p2p payments and asked them the same questions.

So yes: take it seriously and reply immediately. Take a deep breath. If you do not like it, just close the account. At least if they have additional questions and you reply fast, they will not suspend the account.

Same here, month ago. Once I don't added funds from bank/card last years solved fast. Source of funds on Skrill? Affiliate earnings (attached a screenshot from one aff program) and gambling (screenshot from one casino).

It's a minefield playing with Skrill, It took me 6 months to get my accounts unlocked, if I started over again i would never have used Skrill
