Slow updates this month

Many of the sites we work with on IA are slower than normal to get their stats updated on a daily basis this month - but I do not work with more than a handful or two of IA-using sites.

Anyone else experiencing anything "different" this month (whether it be slow updating, lower than expected conversions, lighter recurring player volume, etc)?

The only AI program I work with is bgobuddies. And there everything seems OK with daily updates.

Hi Shay,

Can you please be specific on which operators you are experience slow updating this month? Also - if you can specify the dates you are seeing this?

We need specifics to be able to investigate.

Coral and Gala Partners have not updated in the past several days. Neither program is responding and the problem remains unfixed.

same on : ivy affiliates ( commission not showing, despite players wagering ), sporting index ( completely buggered ) and issues with betvictor stats ( commission not showing on casino ).

Quite a few IA's seem to not be updating correctly at the moment. Either having a couple of days delay, or not showing sign ups straight away (have seen a couple of days with rev but no signups only to change the next day to have reg/new depositors).

I try to avoid IA, although 2 or 3 programs I am working with are powered by them. At one I don't see any movement, so perhaps a delay too.

For anyone interested this is a fault at the Sky Betting and Gaming end rather than Income Access (even if I wish it wasn't!). Being repaired urgently and no data is at risk.

Its been going on for over a week now and its still not sorted. Its impossible to know what promotions are working with 0 stats.

stats for the last 2 days have updated but the entire week prior is still missing for me.

For the entire month, United commissions has been slow to update, IF they have updated. Additionally, there's a "decimal error" on a few days during the month for earnings. The decimal error is certainly not in my favour either... This has gone for at least the entire month. Can IA please get their act together and get this fixed?
