smart live is bad i have been arguing with em for 12 months about missing sign ups etc they sorted at the weekend and does this sound right ? one of my newly re tagged players wagered £150 on poker at the weekend and over £210 on casino and what did i get ? -£19.00 on my affiliate page woot i hear you say yeah lol MINUS £19 what they seemed to say is that if he wins i lose lol is that right ? oh and i flagged this about the missing sign ups last year to be told they couldnt be added to my account but after arguing for 8 months lo and behold they can do it after all ! but i lost all the commission sigh !

When players are active on Casino and Sports betting, when they win money, the company pays them so it becomes a negative amount. The 19.96 relates to casino winnings.

Doesn't matter what was wagered, what matters is what was won or lost.

Commissions are paid on netwin.

I see too much complaints about SmartLive on internet.

I passed KYC procedures twice, the first on 31/01/2013:



infact I received my funds for my first withdrawal request few days later.


Then for my second withdrawal request you asked me documents again, I sent it and this was your reply:




After that you closed my account without any reason and my winning bets was not payed.


UK Gambling Commission is on my case now after that IBAS refused to be involved and Smart Live refused to nominate another independent third parties to resolve the issue although Smart Live T&C say it.
