Last night I opened my mailbox to find a wonderful gift.

An invitation to Golden Tiger Casino ( Not xxxgoldentigercasino.com but gtcasino.com ) for 1500 free spins and mobile version for a $20 free chip.

The problem is I already have a Golden Tiger account and the only way I could have received this offer in the mail would be from the test I did with UK Casino club a few month back. They are the only ones with my new address.

So I'm going to assume that rewards got my new address from the UK Club account and sent me this offer. Ok.....

On the promotion it shows Golden Tiger is an award winner for "Best Microgaming Casino" from a site named microgamingonlinecasino(dot)net

Does reward affiliates own this site? I can only assume they do since it's only CR casinos and they rank very high in many microgaming casino searches.

I also think Casino Rewards is being a little tricky here by sending potential players to the microgamingonlinecasino(dot ) Net site and having them sign up through those links.

I mean why else would Casino Rewards post an award from such a mediocre website ? Hey I have a site, I'll make you guys an award and you can post on all your cross promoting specials that you mail out.

As I work with Rewards aFfiliates and don't want to work with programs that are spamming I've done some digging ...

Took a look at that site ( xxx.microgamingonlinecasino.net/) and the owner appears to have set-up this facebook profile which replies to (faked) queries on the site as https://www.facebook.com/people/Jenn...00004952255392 (Jenny Miller)


Honestly, the site appears a cheap affiliate "set-n-forget" type site trying to squat on the microgaming casino keywords - rather than an extensive operation from Rewards Affiliates. Set up in 2013 - and pretty much abandoned to sit and rot soon afterwards when it made no money.

The face book page also shrills for this website with an obvious link ... xxx.eonlinecasinoreviews.com/
It's very similar - done at the same time - and also doing nothing now ... It's operator appears to be ...

Both sites appear to have a similar structure, done at similar time, and (probably) fake identities with similar cartoon graphics ...
Both profiles have no real personal life, and just stopped posting in mid-2013.

The owner of the first profile on facebook also has a picture but it appears to be a stock photo rather than a genuine identity.

SUMMARY :
I'd suggest that this is actually the work of a low-rent affiliate that acts with multiple personalities and profiles in an attempt to populate their websites with some social network likes and comments. They are unwilling to put their name or face to their work.

I would not expect this to be Rewards Affiliates ... BUT the mystery of how the email was cracked and used does raise questions.

I agree the site does not look like the professional work of a large company like RA. With that being said, Why would Cr have them on their snail mail promotions ? I mean there are a lot of sites that do awards and the fact that this particular site is the one that RA chose to use is a little weird.

If they are not part of the RA scheme of things, are they not hurting themselves by getting potential customers to sign up through an alternative site?

The original affiliate is not getting credit and neither is reward affiliates?

I don't buy it.

Rewards Affiliates are the operators of the affiliate program for Golden Tiger, Blackjack Ballroom et al ...

My apologies Gooner. I tend to call them casino rewards after all the reviews I've written. I do in fact mean reward affiliates and not the loyalty program associated with their brands.

AffPower is a 'non-sponsor affiliate program' here at GPWA. I wonder if we could get him to comment on that and this overdue response. AffPower keeps showing up on those dratted hacker sites.

I did a quick look and can see that the last time our retention guys tried to call you in regards to your Casino Kingdom account, they were unable to reach you because the number was disconnected.

For that reason, when they compiled the list for the CDs, someone manually looked to see if you had another address on file to send it to since the address for your CK account was the same as your GT account.

The offer is also available to people with an existing account, which is why you got it.

As for why the retention guys used that particular award is not something I'm privy to as my department is not involved in retention. They search and use whatever they think will work and unfortunately as they are not privy to affiliate stuff, they don't know the difference between an award from one site or another.

Please tell your retention program to call again. I've had the same phone number for years.

Since you already have an account, you would have logged into and been playing on that. So if your GT account was referred by an affiliate they will be getting credit when you log into the GT account and claim the bonus.

The retention team tried to call you on no less than 4 separate occasions on 5 different phone numbers in May, and most recently on 12th October. 3 numbers were disconnected, 1 was not in service and 1 had a female voicemail for someone named Colin. If you could PM me your phone number I will update it on the accounts so that they don't have the problem again.
