I personally would go for some unique news template with added tables, otherwise you end up having a copy of everyone elses, a bit more work to do but worth it imo for sports
I would recommend VegasHero
Design looks cool, have useful plugins, it is fast loading.
Every one of these themes is under developed, and out dated. I'd skip it personally.

So what would you offer?
Half of my sites are built around Poka and MercurySo, I'm looking into something more unique

Has to be Poka theme. Really customisable and looks the part. Has all the necessary buttons and image positions you'd need. I think bettingworx use it.
If you find some betting sites you like, inspect the element, you can often check whats being used.
We offer a range of templates here:
None are WP based though, all custom built admin systems - if you're not convinced of our system being a better solution than WP we can convert it for you as a custom job.

Interesting. I will try to pm you
I have to agree the best template for WordPress is the Mercury Theme. I´ve tried a lot more but when it comes to WP I will stick with it.
Also a beginner in this side of the industry but I think some of the best sports betting site template are from ThemeForest and Temple Monster. Well, no matter how nice your template is, if the user interface is not accessible it would be useless. To make people stay at your sports betting site, I think it is better to stick with a simple and straightforward design. Make sure that it is all readable and not confusing to navigate. Avoid using too much colour or might as well stick to two or three colours or just create an overall theme.
I think so Poka and Mercury is best
Hey all,
I am Product designer in gaming industry now for the last 7 years. Just planning to work on my own AFFILIATE wordpress theme which would be for sale. Anyone interested? If so then I guess we could set up a slack group where you could give me feedback which things you would like to have on those themes.
Here is glimpse into topic what I am currently doing:

I always wondered if google has some kind of ranking for site design, i dont mean by speed but by uniqueness?
What about Dinomatic?
I think this one is also in top
As far as I know for "Design ranking":
1. UX is getting more and more important
2. In terms of uniqueness - surely google sees if you are using a theme that 100s of other sites are using or if you have a unique one (and if the unique one has good UX/speed/etc, I'm optimist you'll get +1 compared to the crowd) .
Can vouch for them. The code on itself is a real gem. Everything is broken down into so many files and offers such a big customization, that to me it dwarfs any other theme out there.
In addition any ticket I've written has been answered within hours and all of my issues have been resolved either with a custom function for my functions.php or a custom CSS.
In addition any GOOD suggestions you might have will be most likely added, for example I pitched the idea of a sticky button for mobile, which I had on my old theme and many others have under mobile, and this will get added in the next version.
The whole migration from old to new might take awhile, Ive been at it for over a week now, and I'm not even half way done, but it's worth it. I know a lot of people around here are opposed to blocks, but since Ive given them a chance for over a week now, I like them more and more and to me it seems the future.
And if that's not enough, you can do an inquiry for custom blocks and you'd get a quote for blocks tailored specifically for your website, whether it's slots, other games, poker etc. It comes with a price, but it will give you Uniqueness and easiness as reusable blocks can be used in any post and edited on the spot.
The guy behind Dinomatic is a very smart and experienced developer (cheers, Levon). His way of finding solutions, the working manners and the quality of the result are extraordinary. He plays chess during the coding, tries a few tactics to resolve the problem and chooses the best one for the final and winner move. The code behind your website besides working and being effective, can be beautiful, too. Coders will understand
