Seems they are having some layout problems, looks like they have just scraped the entire site. Shame they haven't hotlinked any of the images, could of had some fun. I had this happen a couple of times in the past, I managed to get them shut down pretty quick, but it really depends on the hosting provider.

Daftdog, thanks for reporting this. I have submitted a DMCA copyright infringement complaint to Google. The content is almost certainly there to feed Google's spiders and create the impression the site has substance in preparation for later work. So I expect the best way to fight back is to make sure Google knows the site is cloned.

We have now determined that the GPWA site was not scraped. Rather, when requests were made for a page on the offending site, a matching http request was made to retrieve the corresponding GPWA page, and then a modified version of that page was returned to the user. We have since blocked the ip address from which the requests were being made. so that site now returns what we return to them - a "403 - Forbidden: Access is denied." message on every page

And then cloaked the pages somehow, so they appear differently to user and to google bot. Above is googlebot version.

These nefarious scum bags, target WP sites. Unfortunately, the broken-link in that chain is, anyone can setup a WP site. Hence, why it's so easy for these scums bags to hack, and take control of these sites. It doesn't help matters, when, WP is setup automatically (majority of cases), because and by default, WP sets ALL the database User Privileges to ON.

Only 10 of those DB permissions are required.

While anything connected to the Internet has chance to be hacked etc., WP could do a lot more to their core coding, to curb script kiddies and basic hacks.
