All included. Currently about 100-150 regs per month and 1-2 FTDs.

Reason for selling
I am getting my third child and I do not have the budget and time to continue improving the site and the SEO.

Update!
Got some offers but the site is still for sale. June has showed some uptrend for the site. Both in visitors, regs and NDCs.
Revenue in june is so far $99.

That can seem odd. This month the site really got traction so the price is set for future earnings and what I have invested in the site in terms of development, content and links.
The site also has had earnings the past months in both listing fees and guest posts.

Thanks Johan but "possible future earnings" doesn't really justify the price IMHO.

Besides that the site is relatively young, only 60+ pages indexed, thin and minimum content. (the latter requires a lot of work to improve)

Nevertheless good luck with sales.

I see so many people selling links on GPWA...

Then months later selling the websites they sold links on.

Inevitably, the new owners nuke all those links and the people who bought them are screwed.

I never end up doing business with those types of people again. Maybe GPWA does need a feedback system. . . .

Totally agree, hate this kind of practice. As if you didn't know you were going to sell the site when you were selling links...Have had it a few time myself, as well. Paid 400-500 euro for a link only to see that the site was being sold a few days later.
