I think that http://www.casinoranking.com/ is very nice website. I want to do some change link and banner but I see that bad links that point to her website :

I don't think that it's spam. It's sidewide link. You can find link on http://www.casinoranking.com/
on every page of gamblinghabits.com.

We all have bad links pointing to our websites and if you don't then it would be suspecious.

Helpyou in the near future I will take the time to explain in greater detail. There are many defintions of spam and will post in the spam section. In the meantime what your are seeing is not considered spam, I don't think.

Many of us have bad links pointing at our site. It becomes a problem when you link back. But there is more to say on this issue than I am will to discuss right now.

You cannot control who links to your site. However the search engines do not allow sites linking in to penalise your rankings. If they did, everyone would be pointing a bunch of links at each and every competitors sites.

CasinoRanking has good serps on google in particular and has not been penalised. Perhaps the owner of the site who is a member of the GPWA might want to add further comments.
