Sportsbook Question

hi all, I would like to find a few casinos with sportsbooks that ALSO have videopoker ( and more than a few games) to advertise for on my site, if there is such a thing. I have many friends and family (we're all junkies :LOL that would like to sportsbet and would like to give me the business instead of a stranger.... can anyone help me out and recommend one or a few to check into? www.intertops.com is a Microgaming site with it's own sportsbook. It's got 43 games, 7 are VP but it hasn't got any of the powerpoker games

They start at 20% and no multi-tier. I've not had much luck with them - I think it's 'cause the sign-up procedure is little more complicated than with other MGS casinos.

www.ladbrokescasino.com (MGS) also have a sportsbook but last time I looked they only had a CPA deal of £30/player and don't accept US players.

www.williamhillcasino.com (crypto) is another top quality site with a sportsbook. I'm not 100% certain whether play at the sportsbook is credited to the affiliate though.

i use http://www.betcbs.com they pay 25% losses for life on sportsbook and casino action.... i get paid every month by them.... they have a great promotion where they give 5% back to the customer every week on their money wagered.... therefore if the custy lost 1,000 they get 50 back or if the custy won 1,000 they actually get 1,050 i am using 1,000 as an example only.... they pay 5% on all bets....
it is not 2 tier, but like i said before, they are great! they pay and they have been around for years
