I can't believe the lack of response on some awesome domains for seo in these markets.

Not sure if people aren't doing seo anymore or aren't doing the regulated markets yet or exactly what...

You know your website has no ref domains, not in google index, 48 days is domain age...

Personally i think its a spammy domain. Its worth reg fee and thats all, Unless i am missing something. I don't understand how you think this is a good domain.

Honestly, KW domain or not doesn't matter much with regards to SEO in 2020.

brand new domain, never used. i have a lot like that. great domains i registered and never used.

While you could offer to mow the grass, wash his car or maybe go grocery shopping for him, my guess is he would much rather have offers of stack's of 20 dollar bills.

Make an offer, most likely by sending him a PM, and he will either accept it or decline, possibly with a counter offer.
