    Default SportsInteraction Problems!

Anybody else have a problem with SportsInteraction (Reporting.net)

Signed up 2 friends 1 deposit $50 the other $110, wasa at each of their houses when they did it, and was from my site.

Friend who deposited $50 I saw in my affiliate account, the one who deposited $110 never did show up, emails are unanswered.

I think I'll have to put a "Where NOT to play" section on my site, if they can't pay affiliates I would doubt they treat their customers any better.

i had a similar problem myself. the bookmaker that did not tracked is Paddy Power. I signed up with them trough Affiliate Window and might be their tracking not working. A friend of mine did 2 accounts one with them and one with Bet365 and the first one was not tracked. After about 10 emails with no answer from both companys i decided to quit both Paddy Power and Affiliate Window affiliate programs.

I also had problems with sportsinteraction. Missing sign ups , bad conversion ratio's and too much down time. I removed them earlier in the year.

Default RE: Solving Sport Interaction Problems

    Hi

We at Sports Interaction are disappointed that you have had these difficulties with using our third party's affiliate tracking systems and that your issues have been unadvised. We have really worked hard to produce quality services for both our players and our affiliates and we value and respect the effort that our affiliates go through to drive traffic to SIA.

That is why we have now built and launched our own affiliate software so we can offer our affiliates better commission rates and support.

If Dollasmisty, Mihai and Enrboas could please get in contact with me personally I would like to solve your situations. My e-mail is nicole@sportsinteraction.com

We value your support and efforts and we would like to make sure that your issues are addressed.

    Thanks
    Nicole

The have a pretty low commission percentage compared to some of the others in the industry. World Wager and VIP both pay at least 20% of losses.

Anybody know what SI's new percentage of losses will be with their new program, or are they just paying on initial deposit?

    here you go,

SIA understands the value that its affiliate relationships contribute to the business.

To further develop these relationships, SIA have developed an income earning system which rewards its affiliates each step of the way. At SIA we allow you to nominate yourself into the type of commission structure that suits your business model. This will ensure your success.

Based on your performance you can choose to:

Earn revenue from Initial Deposits on new accounts
Share revenue profits from referred customers
Earn revenue through referring new affiliates

    Initial Deposit Commission
20% Commission on revenue referred up to $3000
25% Commission on revenue referred up to $4500
30% Commission on revenue referred up to $6000

SIA has also developed a second income tier above this that affiliates are invited to join. The next tier of income earning allows for revenue share of profit from referred customers. Customers you send through will continue to make you money throughout the year.

If you think you mighty qualify for this revenue share model, please contact us at SIA. Revenue Share - Coming Soon
30% profit share revenue on amounts generated up to $3000
38% profit share revenue on amounts generated up to $6000
45% profit share revenue on amounts generated up to $25,000

    * The revenue Share Agreement will be subject to a 6 month review to ensure that each affiliate continues to send through new accounts in order to avail of ongoing commissions on accounts.

Refer affiliates and earn money from referring

The refer an affiliate program offers an additional channel to existing affiliates to increase their revenue. Simply refer your customers to the affiliate program (Tier 1) and you are entitled to earn an additional 4% of their earnings. If your referred affiliates then begin recruiting affiliates (Tier 2) you are entitled to a 2% commission on their referred affiliates earnings.

Refer An Affiliate - Coming Soon
4% commission earned on all your Tier 1 referred affiliate earnings
2% commission earned on all your Tier 2 referred affiliate earnings

    Default Our advertising

Yes, Sportsinteraction does advertise through companies that have been linked with spyware. We do it to keep in step with the competition and to gain the most exposure to potential clients.

We need to keep exposed to the same technologies our competitors are using, without this we are up for serious losses.

In saying this, we are also concerned about the potential threats that are at hand to affiliates, but by discontinuing its use, we not only put ourselves at risk, but our affiliates will still be faced by our competitors using the same technology to steal away their profits.

What we do support and suggest is that affiliates advise their traffic about the risks they face when they download free programs from the Internet.

    Thanks
    Nicole

Well its been about 2 weeks now, emailing back and forth with Nicole from SportsInteraction.

I'll start by saying that Nicole did respond to all emails a seemed very helpful, well until today?

Last email she sent to me was that the 2 sign-ups that I have not been paid for are sort of missing in action. Here's her response:
Here is what we have been able to find so far.

****** and ****** did sign up to SIA. But they were not registered in our system as signing up through your tracking code.

****** did deposit $50. But ****** had no purchase made through her account.

What we will need to do next:

    · You will need to contact Befree about this issue, which you have done.

    · You will need to provide us with the tracking code you used to sign up these people.

    · We will get in contact with both ****** and ****** to confirm how they signed up with you.

I have been working with the Sports Interaction affiliate program for nearly two years and this is the first time that I have seen a complaint about the affiliate tracking code, so we are shocked that has happened and we will do everything we can to find out what has happened. If you would like, in the mean time we would like to sign you up to our new affiliate program and provide you with your correct affiliate code and personally test it out for you.

Thank-you for your understanding and I look forward to hearing from you soon

    Nicole

My Reply (unanswered till now, but I do expect an answer Monday)

Nicole stated that ****** (which is player 2) has not made a deposit to her account? Huh, I actually received the Western Union deposit slip that was for $110 sent in late November/2002, I also sent her the 10 digit control number.

Now what gets me is all the help Nicole seemed to be giving me all went up in smoke telling me ****** never made a deposit. I watched ****** log onto her SIA account and she actually still has a small balance of $2.11
Now should SIA not see this? Of course they can.

I told Nicole I'm not to worried about the money, but you know what guys, how many others have I signed up??? I just happen to know these 2 people!

I was feeling good with the help, but now feel that SIA is really giving me the run around, I would suggest that anybody doing business with SIA do so at your OWN RISK!!!

Will I accept the invite to the new affiliate program as offered above? Hum??? NO!!!

    Thanks anyways,

    dallasmisty

    Default A resolution

During our communications with Dallasmisty during the week we have discovered the following facts about the two referred players.

Player 1 who deposited $50 was recorded successfully by Befree - Dallasmisty confirmed this in an e-mail to us.
Player 2 who deposited $150 did not get recorded because player 2 already held an account with SIA, as a result Dallasmisty was not entitled to receive a commission on the model they had signed up to - which is the initial deposit model.

For those who are not familiar with sports affiliate programs the trend generally is to pay affiliates on initial deposits. SIA's Initial deposit conditions are that affiliates will be paid for new players who open an account with SIA and deposit money into it. So affiliates can earn up to 30% on initial deposits from customers that have never been or played at SIA. These are the terms that Dallasmisty and fellow affiliates agree to when they join our affiliate program.

In Dallasmisty's case the player they referred had already established an account with SIA and had visited this account on several occasions (prior to depositing the $150 in the second account).

While Player 2 did sign up through Dallasmisty's unique tracking code, Player 2 did so by opening a second account. Since player 2 was a previous account holder, player 2 was already familiar with SIA, and was not tracked. Thus, Dallasmisty is not entitled to the affiliate commission. Additionally, for fraud prevention purposes and security, SIA clients are not allowed to hold more than one account.

I am personally glad to see that despite this misunderstanding Dallasmisty was able to express their concerns and I would like to thank Dallasmisty for taking the time to work with us to clarify the situation. In addition I would still like to invite Dallasmisty to join our new affiliate program.

    Thanks
    Nicole

I WAS affiliated with SIA through another avenue. For reasons that SIA and others have stated above, ie: Spyware, and poor tracking, I dropped them. They never produced anything on my site for me anyhow, (at least not that I am aware of, but now I wonder....)

Yes, things have been worked out or have they?

Nicole explained that Player 2 had already signed up therefore making her new account void as far as my commissions go. I don't like those rules but hey, rules are rules and not a big deal, I guess. ( I wonder if Player 2 was refunded the $150 she lost since this account is void  )

Anyways one thing still is not right, the earned revenue from Player 1 was earned from BeFree, but Befree does not answer emails, now SIA knows this as Nicole stated above that the customer was tracked, Should SIA not put those funds in my NEW SIA account since they know it was properly tracked?

I opened a new account for the reasons explained above by Nicole, so figuring its my mistake (which probably is) I decided to go for it and give SIA a try, now lets finish up this misunderstanding by crediting my NEW affiliate account.

    Thank You Nicole,

    dallasmisty

Well Kudos to SIA and Nicole!!!

Nicole was in contact with me today and gave me several options on what to do with the affiliate earnings at BeFree.

One option (which I chose) was to have her close the BeFree account and put the earnings in my New SIA affiliate account!

Thank You Nicole for your help and hopefully I can send some traffic your way.
