    Default Stan James Advice

    Hi Guys

Im new to this so please bare with my questions. I am in the process of promoting my site and i'm promoting stan james on there also. I get most of my traffic to my site through Facebook (roughly 450 website hits a day but rising). Ive tried emailing and messaging the affiliate team but i guess they are busy after Christmas.

    Okay my Questions are :

    1. How long does Stan James take to show new signups etc. I have a few followers who claim to have signed up 3 days ago through my site but it shows nothing when i log in.

    2. I used link creator and cloaked that link, I then used a status and included the cloaked link. Ive checked my banner reports and it shows that clicks are registering but sign-ups are not.

Sorry if these sound silly questions, like a say im new to this but im learning loads each day

    regards gavin

    Hi Gavin,

No problem at all about getting in touch. Unless we have an upload issue with Income Access, all affiliate data is refreshed and updated in your account by 10 am and would show the previous day's information, including sign-ups.

Either people are not being entirely honest about signing up through your link or you have an issue somewhere, so to clear it up please send through the following details to affiliates@stanjames.com: affiliate ID and username, your website and Facebook page, and the particular sing up links that you have been using.

If you can send these details through we will look at the technical side of things and get back in touch as soon as we can.

    Thanks, Garry

Thank you for your quick reply Gary

I have sent an email titled Link Issues.

I expect the problem may be due to the links on Facebook, but if the clicks are registering should that be the case.

    Cheers
