Steer away from this rogue outfit.

Affiliate managers using the back-end as an excuse have something to hide. Any affiliate back-end is nothing more than a nice display-tool of the raw data they receive from the casino itself.

An affiliate tool can only display what has been put in.

Besides that, with them closing brands and so called "distributing players per country" all (my) players were de-tagged and disappeared as snow under the sun. Had many playing for a good few years. Nothing left.

After many emails, skype chats and attempts trying to catch them on a conference I gave up.

You are fully aware they they do see value in the seal, they DO find it of value, and is why they want to steal it. (If there were zero value then it would not be worth stealing)

I attempted to view the page you posted so we could verify the invalid use of the seal and notify them, but the page is redirecting back to the GPWA home page.

Edited to add: Further search (on the mentioned portal) did find the seal listed on the eCogra page and have sent a notice to the whois contact on the domain name, if anyone has any verified contact information on the PORTAL mentioned, send it to me in PM.

Yes I do think many would check the link to see if in fact the program is certified. (You did didn't you?)

I think many affiliates that are aware of how the seal works would do so. I also think that there is a portion of players who may also follow the link to see if the seal is valid as it may add a bit of trust in the minds of some players.

I fail to understand why the general attitude that when someone is caught cheating or doing things they shouldn't the blame game starts quickly and the blame is often leveled at the innocent party instead of the direction of the cheater.

You caught someone using the seal in a manner other than the terms allow, and notified us, which we do thank you for, but to try and pass the blame immediately to the GPWA is just plain wrong.

I have made the first notification, to the whois contact which is the only verified information I have been able to find so far on the domain. Now if you have any evidence of the true (CURRENT) ownership of the portal, please forward that information to me or Anthony so we can in fact follow up further.

Whether StarPartner owned the domain in the past or not is not proof that they STILL do. If you have evidence of this, please provide it.

This is a fairly important thread, and it should get back on track about StarPartner, so without evidence that the portal is theirs, it really is not relevant to the discussion. (with any proof the portal is theirs, then it is a relevant point)

I agree that I have not had a good feeling about Star Partner for a long time.


I am not sure how long ago they dropped that activity quota in to the terms, but I will also ask Anthony about updating the terms on the page that Leopold pointed out. (many years ago when a lot of us joined their program they did NOT have a quota, and sadly they have added one as many have - as was predicted 11 years ago)

I spoke with Leopold and Star Partner today.

Star Partner has provided us with information regarding the 2008 winner so we can independently determine the person who won. We will be reviewing the data and will contact the winner. I just put a request in for the 2015 information.

It has been over 6 weeks, any luck Anthony? The good thing though, if they keep winner data for so many years no doubt they have every single player they stole somewhere in the database too... maybe they can tag them back to the rightful affiliates who referred them

Not even close to an equivalent of what the real losses are (estimated). Funny that after over a year Starpartner all of a sudden "discovers" that something went wrong with the migration/closure of players/casino. But when affiliates complaint directly (and even long after) the migration that stats and revenue was incorrect we were all wrong...

Now playing the good Samaritan trying to get affiliates back to promote them by paying some...

I investigated the allegations brought up by Leopold regarding the two StarPartner contest winners. I spoke with Leopold on the phone and he was not able to provide any proof or any evidence of wrong doing, he only stated he had a protected source who provided him with the information. Star Partner provided information with proof of payments that I used to investigate to see if these winners actually got paid and had no association with StarPartners. While looking into this, I was able to connect with a trusted affiliate who was on one of the StarPartner cruises and he verified the people who won on his cruise all received their prizes and felt the drawing process was transparent and fair. Without any tangible evidence to the contrary, I feel the winners were in fact legitimate and did not have any inside connections with the affiliate program. I apologize that his was such a time consuming process, but I wanted to make sure I examined this thoroughly prior to making a statement.
