Stat update frequency and stat software now being published for affiliate programs

Based on recent comments in the forums, we know that affiliates care very much about their affiliate statistics being reliably updated. So we decided it made sense to publish information about the software affiliate programs use to provide stats to affiliates, and about the frequency with which affiliate programs endeavor to update those stats.

We have begun a process of asking every GPWA sponsor program to share with us the software they use for publishing stats and the frequency of their updates. Even though we are still very early in the process of gathering this data, we do have information back from a dozen programs already.
