Which State is this License Plate From? (help track down a scammer)

Hi,

Without going into the semantics, or how I managed to trace down this scammers car, (this person scammed me xxxhttp://www.trafficcircuit.com) I'm interested in knowing what state the License Plate belongs to?

I'd appreciate the info, thanks

From the picture, I can tell you that he lives in one of the more upscale areas, unless he is at someone else house.

Anyway, I would be happy to drop him a little note about how he may get a visit from the State Authorities if he doesn't make things right.

I decided to see if I'd get a reply to an email with the subject
"Your License Plate Number is - Police Contacted"

Sent him the car pic and guess what, full refund to paypal in under 15 min.



Nice hot car, wonder how many people he scammed to get it that tricked up!

He got me for $139US a day after this one...I've learnt my lesson...I've submitted a buyers complaint to PayPal. I've found outr since that this scammers is in India. Got Verisign on his ass, site was/is displaying a Gold Seal without authorisation.

Hi, WOW! Thats Awesome!! Really cool detective work. How in the world did you get a picture of that scammers liscence plate? I like to do a little detective work myself sometimes and would like to know how to do that. Of course if you can't tell me thats alright.

This is where I go to see who is locked up in the county jail in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. If you don't put in any names or dates and just click search it pulls up all records and they have photos and what the charges are.

Sometimes the above link is changed from time to time. I don't know why, maybe because it's because a lot of searches are being done and it's an attempt to keep so many people from searching the arrest database or something. Anyway I found a way around this, just go to this website

This is a place where you can go to look at pictures of newborn babies. It depends on the state. Some pictures you can see without a password and others require a password. If you know someone who recently had a baby you might be able to find the baby picture through this site.

I just found this one. It is for tracing down vehicle and boat registrations,ect. You have to pay to use thier services. They also have an affiliate program. Hmmmm.....there might be a good opportunity to make some money there.
