Hello,
Anyone else getting stats that show $0, both in earnings, and player stats?
I know I have players, it should show some activity, it has been all month, but know there is nothing.

Also, Duwayne or Lawrence, can you please reply to this thread?

Nice to meet you, my name is Jorge and I’m part of PlayShare Partners affiliate team.
I would like to thank you for the feedback in regards PSP stats. As we speak, our technical department is working on this, as I can confirm you that just 50 minutes ago the platform was fully functional (in fact I was working on it) and we look forward to see this situation fixed shortly.
We do apologize about the inconvenience caused and I would like to assure you that our PSP site will be up and running as soon as possible.

Trust you are well. Thanks for the information and in regards stats, I would like to inform you that our technical department is looking at this as we speak.
About website creatives, I’m currently logged into PSP and all the content, banners, reviews, mailers etc are available on my side. Can you please be more specific about this? Are you getting any error message? You are not able to access the content?

As promised here with your stats feedback.

After check your account I was able to realize that nothing was wrong with the numbers. I’ll try my best to be clear on this.

In PSP we take each brand separately. Once you login in PSP, the first page shows the news, your manager message and a summary of the earnings report. In that summary report you can see each brand’s revenue and earnings. If your net revenue displays a positive figure, then the earnings column will show the profit according to your rev share percentage. Now, if the net revenue shows a negative figure, the earnings column will be set to zero. Furthermore, once you access the complete earnings report, you will get the details of each brand and each currency within that brand. Within the possibilities, here an example of this, with 30% rev share as earnings formula:

- Grand Mondial and Quatro each generating a report with 3 different currencies (if you have players in Europe (EUR), Canada (CAD) and South America (USD) for instance) as it follows:

Grand Mondial
EUR: NR -300 / E 0 ........CAD: NR -100 / E 0 ...........USD/ NR 100 / E 0 <O</O

Quatro <O</O
EUR: NR -100 / E -30 ........CAD: NR 200 / E 60 .........USD/ NR 60 / E 20

Total Net Revenue: -140 Total Earnings: 50

(NR: Net Revenue / E: Earnings)

In that case, the earnings column will show zero for the tree currencies displayed for Grand Mondial as the brand has generated negative earnings for that period of time. The net revenue was -300 and the system will assign a zero value to all rows including the GM USD one that was the only currency generating revenue (but remenber, the earnings calculation for each brand takes all your active players and, therefore, all currencies)
On the other hand, Quatro will display negative earnings for EUR row, as the brand as a whole generated earnings (in this case 50). The 30% will be displayed independently of being negative or positive. The bottom line shows the summary, in this case, with -140 as total net revenue but with 50 in earnings, as Quatro profit is treated separately and even if your performance was negative in one brand, the other brand will still generate revenue.

As expressed before, in your case the data displayed in your account is accurate, and it has relation with the above mentioned.
