    HI Slotplayer,

I'll be able to give you a better review of the reports if you can let me know a couple of additional points of info:

    • Can you let me know the name of the report that you ran?
    • Can you let me know the date range of the report that you ran?

Feel free to reply here or, if you prefer, you can PM me or use my email or skype in the sig below to get in touch.

    Hi Anthony,

thank you, I ran the earnings report, selected simple, display by date. The range was Sept 9 to 22.

Since I have the one player so far all the data is from him/her.

The thread on the 15% calculation error made me take another look at this stats data in the attachment.

I figured I'd just ask here so others can get an understanding.

What I'm confused over is gross revenue?

I always assumed gross revenue is equal to deposits? Is this not correct?

I've never received an answer regarding gross revenue.
I understand Net Revenue as its pretty straight forward.

    thanks
    James

Gross revenue bears almost no relation to deposits. Gross revenue is the gross amount your players made or lost for you.
If a player deposits $1000 and he wins $11000 playing at the casino then gross revenue will be -$11,000. It will be a bad day for you.

If deposits $1000 and loses $200 of it then Gross Revenue will be +$200.

Gross Revenue relates to what the player won or lost before other calculations are made (such as whether he had a bonus amount added too). Deposits are simply the funds he deposits into his account. The only time gross revenue would equal deposits is when your player loses every penny he deposits.

At least that is how I see it........
