Payment still not Received

Hello,

We sent our signed forms August 5th for payment. It shows as paid in the affiliate section but we still haven't gotten the bank wire. What's the deal???? It usually shows up within 5-7 days MAX after we send signed forms. However, it's been over 2 weeks now. Can someone look into this and email us what the deal is?

Well, another day and still no money. I am also being told different things which is frustrating. My affiliate manager emailed me last week and said she spoke to accounting and the money was wired on Aug 15th. Well, after still not receiving it as of yesterday I decided to email accounting directly and they emailed me back this morning. The girl from accounting said the wire was sent on August 18th lol and they have no record of it being sent back so it must have went thru. Well, is it the 15th or 18th???? Either way, it still hasn't arrived and I just called my bank and spoke with a gentleman who told me if it went thru it would be posted the same day to the online banking and they have NO ICOMING WIRES on my account. So the money is definitely not on it's way even though I've been told twice that it was sent(one girl said the 15th, one girl said the 18th). Keep in mind, I requested this money on August 5th. Can someone please get to the bottom of this? I've been chasing this money for a week now and it showed as being paid in my aff account over 2 weeks ago. We aren't talking about a small amount of money either. Not for me anyway.

P.S. My bank rep said to ask you for the "fed reference ID" so he can track exactly where it is if it has been sent.

They (Bet365) are a hot mess at the moment in terms of payments and tracking payments. They have refused to provide me tracking numbers every time I've asked for one.

THIS is why I said Bet365 should not mark as "paid" until they ACTUALLY ship the money.

And obviously, answering forum threads is not on their "to do" list despite being sponsors here. Anyone feel like contacting them and explaining they have people waiting on answers?

Apologies for any inconvenience, once I understand the full situation I will be in a better position to determine how we move forward.

I am addressing the point you have raised on the system stating 'paid' at the moment. From my end this has never been a problem up to now, but I will come back to you if we decide that the system needs to change.

I would not go as far to say we are in a mess, unfortunate issues arise occasionally and we are willing to speak on the phone (or via email) to any partner with any issue at any time.

We are happy to answer forum threads, although you have my contact details from previous email dialogue and I am more than happy for you to get in direct contact as well - this goes for anyone reading this thread, even if I am unable to deal with the query at my end I can ensure that it is dealt with as soon as possible.

Shay, if you could contact me at my email address (emailing you now) with any issues you have outside of the one in the quote above I will get them looked into for you.

I hope you are well - can you please send me the correspondence on this via email, I will look at the reasoning behind the differing dates and we will also speak with finance on the whereabouts of the payment.

Hello James,

I just forwarded you my email correspondence with my aff manager including today's update where apparently the wire was sent back to bet365 because it was *probably*(according to accounting) sent back from my bank because it was sent to a personal name and not a biz name. That's odd because I receive overseas wires all the time with no problems, have received many wires from bet365 with no problems and when I called my bank this week the bank rep had no incoming wires on my account and mentioned no issues with any either.

I also had a payment issue similar to this with bet365 a couple years ago and at that time I was told it was probably sent back to bet365 because it was going to my biz account and I was asked by bet365 to change the wire info to a personal name. So now it needs to be reversed and go back to biz name? Again, I get overseas wires throughout the year including some much bigger in value than this wire so I don't believe my bank would deny any incoming wire just because it's going to my personal account so I doubt that's the reason it was sent back.

Anyway, I sent my aff manager our business bank wire info via email so if you could please follow up with accounting to see when they will send the new wire I would appreciate it. I just want to bet paid my man!
