Stats are a day behind again...

Also noticed something "off" about the stats. Anthony, I sent you a series of PM's about it.

Thanks Shay, I did see the post and PM's but been v busy working with BI on ways to make the data upload process more robust.

I thought I'd replied to acknowledge but think I prob just typed and only 'thought' I had hit send, my apologies

Have been working on this as I know the delays have been frequent but I'm confident of progress soon...

Wanted to ask opinions on how the information is presented, i.e. does that give you enough detail to get started?

Any thoughts are most welcome

Oi Oi Ant, I take you mean the Man Utd offer? I have recently placed a section on my homepage for these enhanced odds offers so was just waiting for 6pm to get it live, should be good. I approve

Edit - just to add I got all the info I needed from the email you sent out (with my tracking code, which is even better) so don't really need any other sources. will like the page though

Thanks. I'd look at the post - however, I don't have Facebook so it is not an option for me (have to be logged in to see the page it seems).

seems the offer didnt even last 24 hours before it got pulled

Do you have an anticipated timeline for "soon", Anthony? Also, I've seen no progress or fix for the dates I've PM'd you about.

Looks like the office janitor has called in sick today again. Stats not updated. Maybe the door man would be kind enough to push the update button?

Equally important, I'm still awaiting a direct response regarding the PMs sent your way about disappearing clicks and players that is still unresolved.

Coral have been updating later in the day, Betfred has froze completely since a couple of days ago.

Yea, that is the case. The amount of time it is taking them to respond directly to my PM's about additional stats issues is also delayed longer and longer.

Since you're not responding to my PM or to this thread, I'll ask again - why have the disappearing clicks and players not been either explained or returned to our account?

This is in addition to wondering why it takes so damn long for stats to update.
