    Default STATS reports ...

    ... not working again.

    Any idea when they will be up and working?

    They haven't been working here for about a week, and they were not updating even before that.

    Not that it matters I guess. I'm sure all the casinos will be in the "RED" anyway. Seems to be the case lately. At least for us.

    Your not the only one, ever since they moved to the new platform I went from doing extremely well with them to making nothing the past couple of months. I am red across the board too which never happens with my account. It's strange to say the least.

    For a fact,... We are missing players after the switch to the new platform.
    I requested an investigation and was promised one would happen,....but it never happened.

    This program has gone from the BEST to the WORSE!
    Extremely disappointing to be honest.

    Add me to the list with similar results. Even my sub-affiliates who were decent earners for me have also dried up considerably compared to before the new stats.

    YES - missings dozens upon dozens here as well.

    My stats the last year have sucked - nothing but RED ink everywhere. The one bright spot was in April. That was the month I contacted a new AM - "Yvette" - that month I seen a good return. Oddly enough she was gone from VA the very next month and I was once again back in the RED. I reckon I could be reading too much into that, but it really added a lot of suspicion to an already sketchy storyline.

    I figure someone must still have faith in them - they are still accepting sponsorship funding from them anyway! Maybe they have faith that things are about to turn back around?

    I can get the reports to work one at a time. That is, click the menu item on the left, run the report, view the results. Then to run the report for another period etc I click the menu item on the left, run the report, view the results.

    Daniela, this isn't fixed and needs to be addressed. Something is not right.

    When one person tells you are drunk, you might say, ehhh, No!
    But when 10 people tell you, you are drunk,...YOU'RE DRUNK!

    Since this new interface has been introduced, WAY too many people are singing the same song.

    Players are definiately missing, and were not mapped over properly to the new interface, and WAY too many people are reporting RED numbers at all of the casinos in this group.

    This is no longer a matter of maybe. It's a matter of fact.

    How in the world can a casino operate when the numbers are all RED, at almost all of the casinos, month after month??????
    Ridiculous, IMO.

    After they retroactively bundled the casinos on June 1st, I have a tough time understanding why anyone would continue working with this group.

    Those of you who posted -- are you still promoting them, or are you posting because you are concerned about your residual income?

    Hopefully the latter, but I'm not here to tell people who they should and shouldn't be promoting. Do what you think is best for yourself.

    I have been deeply affected by the retroactive bundling since June, and in September I was firmly in the red thanks to a winner at one of the casinos. Instead of earning revenue from the remaining casinos like I would have before, I earned nothing in September.

    Sadly, I think the writing is on the wall. Casino Profit Share all over again. (Hopefully with the same 'rewarding' ending, though, if it actually does happen.)

    For me I'm still trying to sort out revenue for the last few months. I've been paid according to the stats, I just don't think the stats are correct.

    Already working on my own rewarding ending...

    The problems began with the new interface.
    I sent my ID over a few months ago.

    Since then, there appears to be a pattern of abnormal wins or something.

    Too many, too often to be believable.

    Once again for September, of the 6 casinos, 5 are in the red.
    only 4 show deposits, and two that don't show deposits are in the red.

    I suppose those might be due to some sort of bonus given, so I'm not all that concerned about those really.

    I am concerned by the rather consistent wins.
    I am also concerned that all players were not mapped over properly when the interface was changed. A few seem to have disappeared simultaneously with the interface change over.

    Beyond that, I think most affiliates are concerned about the retroactive changes that were implemented.

    Also, to my knowledge, V.A. has never addressed the other changes that were announced. Minimum player rules, etc..

    While we all understand that the casinos may be experiencing rough times, please understand that it is tough for many of us too.

    When you have affiliates that have promoted you for years BECAUSE you offered better terms than other programs, it becomes unfair to make retroactive changes on them since many affiliates put a lot of THEIR eggs in YOUR basket instead of some other program's basket.

    Terms changes are always fine going foward, but never OK retroactively without discussing it up front with your partners first. JMO.

    I'm gulty of that with Grand Pricks and VA. They were my top two earners early last year for a couple years and NOW that is over due to some IMO uncool changes in terms.

    Daniela, whilst we appreciate that the Head of Affiliates and owners of Vegas Affiliates realised some of the changes were wrong and didn't implement them, just because something is out of your control doesn't make it right.

    As it is out of your control, please let me know the names of the people who are making the decisions so we can discuss the effect of their decisions. Thanks.
