Stats show zero deposits in August ?

I really am not in the mood to post this but I find this very strange but hey I may be wrong.

Yes, from 3rd August Bet365 hasn't updated any information in the Stats report and according to the inexperienced system administrator Lyndsay Majer, it's due to zero clicks on the links referring to Bet365. little do they know that we have Google Analytics tracking every single movement and traffic on the page, whatever mediocre template they've used to reply is absolutely bull.


Its Olympics season and more people are signing up this month. The marketing team is narrow minded in trying to provide lame excuses, not knowing that this is will give us more reasons to use WilliamHill or Ladbrokes.

The staff at Bet365 are too lazy to update their affiliate members during the Olympics. Or, we are nailing it and they're trying to prevent us from getting information and commission from our hard work. Or they're suffering from post Brexit Blues?

Bet365 only updated my stats on the 13th after I sent them an email. Which company operates with missing information and expects auditors to believe that it was just "Zero" clicks? Analytics are smarter than the under qualified staff at Bet365.

You you clearly don't understand your stakeholders and the implication it will have on your next audit.

Sure, go ahead and support your staff all you want, but we have Analytics to prove that your staff at bet365 have lackluster administration skills and lack the skills to manage customers appropriately.

Karl, you are a member of bet365, so your opinion is biased. Therefore you do not provide proof of such reports being legit, neither do you understand the importance of stakeholders in this industry. As a manager, your interests seem to only be with Bet365. Which is rather disappointing due to the lack of proof that your organization isn't trying to conceal earnings made by your affiliate members, who strive to provide content in favor of your organization.

Although I personally do not claim Bet365 to the best program on the internet or anything like some here would, but I have found them to always be extremely fair to affiliates.

One of the main things I have taken note of over many years of watching their interaction with affiliates, if they say they are looking into something for an affiliate, you can be assured they ARE and WILL follow up.

Sure things could possibly go wrong or a mistake be made, but it is VERY rare for anyone to question the accuracy of Bet365's stats, which says to me they have always been seen (by the vast majority of affiliates) to be a group who's stats CAN be trusted, and hundreds of affiliates here and elsewhere would most likely agree to that statement.

If you feel for some reason they are not converting for your visitors as you feel they should, you could try different offers, or try other properties in those spots and try them in other areas of your site.

Bladergal you come across as a bit of a tool. Bet365 is the most honest and trustworthy affiliate prog out there. When they say they are dealing with something then they are. Aiming personal abuse at members of their team is below the belt. How you get anywhere in life with an attitude like yours is beyond me.

I have no problems with AUG stats too. I had some problem with non-US letters and Lyndsay solved it and was capable to understand the problem unlike most other affiliates. It just took over one week.

Anyone knows how the retagging of Bulgarian players is progressing? Is it automatic for all affiliates?

No problems here, stats all been fine.

I don't think slagging off individual members of the Bet365 affiliate team is really going to get you anywhere either, if you have a problem then you've got to try and keep some sort of level of professionalism.
