    Default Stats updates

what time do your stats get updated from the previous days activity? Betfred don't look like they have nor Sky Bet or Betvictor?

I have been told from various operators stats for income access update from 24 -7 hours. From my experience you need to watch them close as some days do not get integrated. Find a way to test it on your own - you will notice it.

betvictors have now been updated but Betfred's haven't. Bit annoying at the end of the month when I'm working out the months figures

IMHO, the lack of 'real time stats reporting' on the income access platform is a significant flaw in what is otherwise an adequate affiliate platform.

I work on a number of income access powered merchants, and enjoy worthwhile commission payments, but I never dedicate any time or money on paid marketing activities towards these merchants. Not being able to monitor the effectiveness of the campaigns in real-time isn't how I do business.

I liken it to 'pissing in the wind'... No matter where I think I'm aiming, I'll never consistently hit the sweet spot.

My betfred stats seem to be delayed by 3 days.
Totally agree, a platform as big as income access need real timer reporting, and their in depth stats leave a lot to be desired.

I just find it annoying that they have completely ignored the thread, not like I've hid it

I find it odd that "Income Access Stats" are always flawed day in day out with every program it appears. Even with the new beaffiliates platform I have gotten negative stats for no reason.. LOL what a joke

    Hi All

We certainly were not intentionally ignoring this thread. Unfortunately we don't always have the resources to monitor GPWA every single day, and a thread can get missed for a few days in a particularly busy week.

Income Access powered programs have real time tracking for clicks and impressions, and batch file tracking for downloads and sales data. Batch files are updated once a day, but when exactly each day they are updated depends on the client. When sales and/or registration data files are not uploaded at the time when the import job is run, there are several additional opportunities for the upload to happen. In the case where stats do not upload, it is more often than not a result of problems in the communication between the client database and their software suppliers. As such, we are often not able to influence the speed with which these problems are resolved. However, as soon as the stats files are properly generated, our account managers work closely with our clients to get their stats uploaded into the Income Access system as soon as possible.

Due to the customized nature of each of our clients programs, it's hard to make a general statement about stats issues, as it very much depends on the nature of the client and whether or not they have a complicated integration with many different software suppliers. If you are ever having stats issues, you can contact myself or any of the other IA affiliate managers and we will put you in touch with the correct person to address your particular issue.

    Thanks

Betfred had some troubles with getting the data from one of their providers integrated into the rest of the data. They made a decision to delay uploading the data rather than to upload incomplete data and have to change it later. This is being worked on as a matter of urgency and I would not expect delays much further past the beginning of next week.

Check your Betfred stats for last month (and this month). I don't know if it is just temporary but all my figures have shrunk from what they were - like a whole load of activity has been stripped out. Fortunately I actually have a screenshot of how they were at the end of last month. My earnings are now showing about one third of what they were. Louis can you shed any light on what on earth is happening with these changing stats?

Update on this: I have spoken to Natalie and she explained that the initial figures were wrong with inflated figures being entered into the system. They re-ran the stats correctly in the last few days and that is why the decrease has happened. One of the products affected worst by this was bingo. The difference on our stats was very significant indeed and we lost 75% of what was showing as last month's revenue. It had been our best month ever with Betfred - not now. However they have corrected what was an error and errors do happen. So personally I am reassured all is good with the stats going forward.

thanks for the update, seems strange I lost 25% of my revenue when I have 0 bingo traffic (most of my traffic is sent to the sportsbook)
As long as it's sorted now, I trust betfred 100% with what they say and understand mistakes happen.
Just a bit frustrating as it was my best month too.

Yes, it sounds like it was not isolated to bingo, but that was one of the biggest 'movers' in this re-run of stats. My traffic too all goes to sportsbook, but we do have some significant bingo turnover and I guess that is what hit us so hard.

So the activity is in real time but the operator needs to get that through IA's system? Why don't the operators just send the data to IA as it comes in, in the same way a xml feeds is always being updated
