Stolen Again
My site's homepage is now copied here at xxhttp://www.oddshq.com/open/gamble4u.com~~Gamble+Online:+Sports,+Poker+and+Cas ino+Gambling+Quality
Granted, I am not knowledgeable about hacking, scraping or spaming - probably because I just don't think that way.
But I have contacted the hosting company and the domain host and asked that it be removed.

You may also want to file an invalid whois report with ICANN if the admin contact ignores your email. ICANN respond to all and any reports provided and subsequently contact the registrar that the domain is registered with. The registrar is then obliged to contact their customer asking them to ensure the details are correct. If the owner of the domain does not comply with ICANN's request within 5 days, then said domain gets deleted.
I always do this as a matter of course, against all domains which have stolen my content and that do not provide valid who is information.
This in addition to contacting the hosts normally means any stolen content is removed within 24 hours

Thanks, webcas. I contacted everybody but ICANN - appreciate the help.
I was able to find the person's affiliate ID which leads to sbggalobal (sportsbook).

which leads to sbgglobal.com sportsbook. I've contacted them as well.
Again, thanks.
