    Default Stop It!

That's right I am having a ****** day. So the warning, the next aff manager who thinks it is cool to sell off my personal details will be paraded around like a class clown. I am sick and tired of you little dweebs cramming up my inbox with your junk.

RED FLUSH no I do not want 30 free spins. No I do not have an account good thing otherwise you might spam my mother as well. Sickos!

    Stop it

Good one and yes I ran out late last night although I may use them for other purposes. Like to relieve my raging pack of hemroids caused by spending to much time checking my spam email.

I knew it was you Rick lol. No seriously we could make a small fortune selling personal and confidential information. Ah these AM's always swapping private info for cash, poor lads.

I'm riding shotgun with you Peter ... I'm tired of the unethical **** as well ...and even more tired seing GPWA accept sponsor money from these crooks and do nothing to help combat the issues.

These pieces of **** think its fine and dandy to exchange private info with others - they believe its fine to collect and maintain a database of info from one company to the next to the next to the next ... IF I give you permission to do so, fine and dandy, but if I dont - its not ok!

I say off with all their heads, then we can cram all giggles rods down their necks.

Now we're talking! The weather forecast for tomorrow and the next day calls for rain. I will be stuck in Cyber bunker and will have lots of time lol.

From doing some dives I plucked out two programs and affiliates whose business ethics rivals Bernie Madoff's notorious Ponzi Schemer.

Spam email I agree will never go away but, as you mentioned, the “private info” being slung around is simply wrong. So we have one AM, say at a conference party setting, asking another AM to exchange some info. Just so happens the lists includes player and affiliate info. They broker a deal and in comes the spam.

Then there is the well liked desperate affiliate. Just happens the AM and affiliate have very good relationship going. The affiliate wishes to do a mailer campaign the AM provides the list of thousands of contacts. The affiliate runs with it promoting every brand possible and in comes the spam.

Then there is the non affiliate, just another corrupted e-wallet employee. The kind who hates their job and are so broke they steal confidential information and sell it. The buyers are usually a clan of affiliates or AM's. And in rolls the spam.

Then there is the programs themselves who think it is cool to use their affiliate database emails to spam the crap out of their partners.

Either way it is disgusting, dishonest, dishonourable, disturbing, and potentially scares the whole freaking industry.

I just had a fellow screaming at me because program A figured it was cool to cross market. Yes it was my tagged player and he was pissed. Anyway, after some lengthy emails I finally calmed him down and suggested playing somewhere else. He eventually closed down his email account that he had for 5 years. Not too mention all the other **** he had to change. Nice!

Anyway I'm game lets take one spam email and nail the bastard. We will do it publicly right here exposing everything about the individual. After we're done I will submit ic3 report under the Can-Spam Act, and whatever other jurisdiction.

Call it competition behaving badly us clean affiliates do our best to avoid temptation. But yeah all the above does occur and I can prove it. So Renee if your not being offered anything your in the right crowd.

So do we have one spammer, affiliate or program we can make an example of?

It's very frustrating to say the least and it reminds me of one of my favorite quotes!

I have PMS and a GPS, which means that I'm a bitch who WILL find you!

I've all but given up on fighting spam only because it seems to increase every year.

I even have igaming brands (I won't name and shame) spamming my social gaming page. I don't even mix the two so when a 'friend' on facebook does it on my non-gambling page I send them the message above. lol

I feel like adding a few more then's,

Then the disgruntle AM's whose use affiliate information and sign their partners to other brands. Next thing you know your getting spammed. And this is fact! Call it trying to make the other program look bad lol.

Anyway winpalace.com is the target. I contacted the mailer and here the response,

We will unsubscribe you immediately. Did you ever subscribe to this or is it unsolicited. If so, we need to reprimand the client.
    My response,

This would be unsolicited. I believe they are using a bulk mailer list how my private email ended up on it not sure. The email they sent it to is reserved for family members only. After you reprimand they will move to another mail provider. Strange how they know my first name.
The main problem with spammers is they figure we're all too lazy for the chase. And lets don't forget the techniology exists that can block all traffic going to a specific website.

Nowadays spammers being jailed or fined is more common than you think.

Leaving a wake of over 12 years of criminal spamming and trillions of sent junk emails behind him, long time ROKSO-listed spammer Alan Ralsky is finally behind the walls of a US Federal Prison. source
    Its' almost a daily occurrence.

Damn did I mention the email provider will likely provide me with some additional private information.
