About LinkBacksSince they don't have a board, I'll post this here. I have an account with their bingo affiliate site. And within that, they also provide tracking links to their casino site, which I sent a few players.
Then within the past month or so, their stat seemed to stop updating. So when I asked, they said that I am required to open a separate casino affiliate account in order for them to access - strange?? Mind you they share the Income Access affiliate platform with other major brands; but none of the brands require this - that you have separate accounts for bingo and casino.
Anyone experienced this with them?

They have asked me to do this, but you don't HAVE to. I remember the casino affiliate manager pressuring me to open a separate account for casino, but as that is not my main area I didn't see the point so didn't do it.

To clarify, was this your actual affiliate manager or was this a different affiliate manager asking?

Well it seems like unless I open another casino affiliate account, they won't be able to address my stat issue with my current players - and I have hunch this has something to do with internal credits that each affiliate manager is divided to...
Yup I dropped them like a shoe fly...

I have separate bingo and casino accounts for Gala each with different affiliate managers - I'm guessing that's the reason (internal credit). Originally Posted by Casinorep

Gala group are a bunch of thiefs, they have stole some money from affiliates on the past, and if you use 3rd party to have their deals you are in very dangerous territory indeed!
