Successful GPWA Membership Drive at PubCon

We just got back from PubCon 2006 in Las Vegas where the GPWA was an exhibitor. We distributed hundreds of our new GPWA membership brochures from our new GPWA trade show booth, and received many new applications for membership at the show.

In fact, we currently have an all-time high of 50 new member applications being processed.

Pubcon was a great experience for us. We were able to introduce GPWA to some great webmasters that we feel can really become great affiliates in this industry. We told them how the GPWA community will be very beneficial for them whether they are a veteran in this industry or a newbie trying to get their feet wet.
