I'm still learning a lot on this topic but here are my suggestions:

Have a clear call to action e.g. "sign up today!". If you can tie this into what your site is about and make the flow as natural as possible, even better.
Test the sign up & deposit ratios of your target websites and drop the low performing ones.
Try sending the users to different landing pages and see which style works best.
Add a bit of information about why you are recommending this bookmaker, if the user trusts your site the brief review can help sign up rates.

Considering you have good traffic, are you sure that the traffic is your targeted audience ?
First you are sure of that, you can use keywords with offers which tempt audience to sign up.
For e.g., "sign up today and get *** free points" or something like that.

Check the landing page, mb smth wrong with registration from, probably a visitor has to scroll to bring about the form. Besides, check your target audience, mb you promote your website where the target audience doesn't exist...
