For an affiliate who registered and started promoting our brands only yesterday your complaint seems a bit excessive... I am sure there would be no issue if you started by contacting us which I strongly advised yesterday in my welcome email. Then we'd actually have the opportunity to go through the tools and marketing materials.


- As for click tracking: there is always an explanation, we would need details from you to investigate.


- Test account: from what we see (and so do you), your test account is clearly displayed in your affiliate interface (as a registered/free player).


- We do not really understand your point about banned account or invited friends but, again, there is always an explanation.


We are worki in full transparency with all our partners, please contact me with your questions and we will provide all necessary explanations and possible solutions.

First I would like to thank you taking the time and reply on the post !

Second, I didn't complain or said tracking is not working with my account etc'...! I did share this email I received here and wanted to check if others experience the same issues because I also have an account with 777 Affiliates for years and also for the last 24 months I think only 1-2 conversions from 10K visits which is among the 1-2% of the lowest performed brands...
If you would like to address these issues relating to my account I would be happy to continue this discussion via PM or email.
