Hi,

Sorry if this is in the wrong sub forum but does anyone promote Sun Bingo and if they do, have they been paid this month?

Because I haven't and I'm not hearing any response via email (contactus@thesunaffiliates.com) - which is usually sets off alarm bells in my 10 years of working in the affiliate industry.

Have you tried the internal messaging system? Last time they replied via that but it was a long time ago.

Yeah tried both internal messaging and email. Even tried to get hold of a contact tel number but had no luck on all fronts.

Hopefully its a fuss over nothing.

I read something about the fact that Playtech Affiliates would be taking over the management of the Affiliate program prior to the migration of Sun Bingo to Virtue Fusion. You might want to try and contact them - they have a new Affiliate manager who seems to be quite active re Sun Bingo. Just type in Playtech Bingo Affiliates and the site will come up. I have alerted the Aff manager to this post btw

Hi, there is a migration from Gamesys software to Playtech (Virtue Fusion) that will take place in August. The affiliate platform (Income Access) will remain the same so there is no software change or need to update links etc. Just be sure to check that your links are Income Access and not the older Gamesys ones

There will be significant marketing for Sun and Fabulous Bingo once the migration has been completed.
