Sun Partners Affiliate Program Closure

[Pokerface]

Just received the following.

This email is to inform that Sun Partners Program stops promotion of its brands starting from November 1st, 2021.

Please kindly remove all Sun Partners brands (Jambo Casino and Neptune Play) from your website(s) as soon as possible and make sure your affiliate account contains correct payment methods.
September and October commission will be paid by the end of November, 2021.
In case, amount in your account did not reach minimal threshold for withdrawal we will be able to pay with cryptocurrency.

Thanks for the update.. I didn't receive
They never did anything anyway

Do you know if they keep their brand live or not?

[universal4]

I had tried reaching out to them on 9-8-21 and was unable to get a response.

At that time their contact us form did not work and their terms of service pages had issues trying to read them.

I had not followed up after that day but had planned to, and certainly now I can see it would have been futile to do so.

That's an 'honorable' way to pay out - better than just just saying something like "too bad - per section 5555.4444 of T&C's"

They replied to my question if brands are staying live or also going to be closed and kinda avoided answering..

Affiliate program will be closed, but we kindly ask to remove all our brand trackers from your website.Best regards,
Julia
