    Hi, I am new here.

Is there any good software that you people are using to help submit your website to the search engine? Or most of you are submitting 1 by 1 by going to the SE website?

Hope some1 will kindly share their treasure knowledge.

I submit by hand. There's only about 10 main SE's you need to submit too, many of the others draw their listings from one of the top SE's.

Plus, more and more SE's are requiring you to pay for your listings and these must be done by hand.

I've used an auto-submitter in the past to submit to the minor SE's but haven't had any significant traffic from them.

P.S. I tried to submit to Alta-Vista today, I gave up after 10 attempts - that new system they have is terrible.

There is one worthy auto submitter:

    stop.to/mega

Go to the above url and on the right side of the page click on the try it for free link. It gives an online status report so you can see successful submissions.

I also recommend submitting by hand to any others.

Search engine colossus is a huge directory of worldwide SE's:

Spider Food is a good knowledge base of SE practices and a good forum:

Have fun and see you in about 3 months
