Sunset Palace - CasinoRevenueshare contact information needed

Any help would be appreciated on this one.
Been trying to sign up as affiliate on Sunset Palace Rand side. Their affiliate program seems to be managed by casinorevenueshare. Signed up, provided all the details, got an email from "Frank", the affiliate manager, but nowhere did it give me my affiliate ID.

Countless emails to "Frank" and the CasinoRevenueshare support email address and still nothing.

Can anybody provide me with contact details for the South African Rand Affiliate Manager at either Sunset Palace or CasinoRevenueshare??? Please......

I know they were having hassles with their e-mail .
I have Frank's phone number but its at the office so I will get it tomorrow and send you a pm.

I am trying to sign in to my affiliate for sunsetpalace and when I click on the CRS banner it has no where to sign in for it. I have emailed them to required about it, I also went into live chat and was told they will forward my issue and someone will get back to me . still waiting.
