    Default Super Affiliate

I really enjoyed reading the articles in the IGB affiliate magazine about super affiliates, where they come from and how they got there.

There was an article from an account manager (I can't remember which one) about what it takes to become a super affiliate. Are there any other account managers on the forum who would like to add to this? What makes someone stand out from the crowd, can you give any pointers, help, ideas etc? Cheers

Yeah that is what I read through and wondered if anyone had anything else to add to it.

At what point revenue-wise do affiliate programs consider an affiliate a "super affiliate?"

I don't think that there is a line to be crossed at which an affiliate would be considered a "super affiliate" as we wouldn't group our key partners together - if someone has reached a "super affiliate" stage then that shows that they have considerable value as an individual partner. It would also be relative to the individual operator and even their different products.

I think a.super affiliate can even be a person that provides all casino and gambling products and services.

I also think a Super Affiliate is someone that is totally dedicated to the business as a full time job, and even employing specialists in different areas.

We use the term super affiliate to describe affiliates that have sub-affiliates, rather than to describe a certain level of affiliate performance.

We use the term "top affiliates" or "high performing affiliates" to describe affiliates that are in the top 10% of all affiliates in terms of volume of referred customers. For programs with more than a few thousand affiliates, we ween this to the top 5%.

Do you see them doing anything differently to everyone else on and off their sites?

A super affiliate can also be one that draws in numerous players for numerous programs.
