The sad thing is that this is a regular occurrence on western suburbs trains in Sydney. I'm surprised more of these haven't been posted.

Aaah the stories I could tell about the things I have seen and heard on Sydney trains and buses! There's a meth clinic in the next suburb from me so I used to get the "patients" from there catching the same trains in the morning. They put this shazza to shame.

To be honest, I wouldn't say Gong as much as Dapto. You get some real top class women from there.. 14 year old mothers and all..

I dont doubt you hear all that on the trains.. I used to live up the road from a meth clinic when I was living in Wollongong city and the trash that used to walk up the street was disgusting. Plus my place was near a main road where the hospital was up the street and there was a brothel over the hill and a few clubs up the street.. So you got the junkies, the prostitutes, the drunks and the people who have been fighting.. It was all happening there.

Wollongong is a beautiful place though, and the area I grew up in (Lake Heights) is not one of the dodgy areas.

Elaine - Judging by the scots that come to Oz, I'm not surprised that it's like glasgow.

And to be unemployed with a kid living in the mansion - you can call that the australian government at its best. Miners have to *** in a cup to prove they aren't on drugs to work for their money, and then you have scum like this chick who don't have to *** in a cup to get money for doing nothing.. Makes me sick.

You ought to make your life into a movie ... the heartwrenching story of a quiet kid growing up on the mean streets of the gong - dodging cars, prossies, drunks, boofheads and druggos on the main road just to play with your ball each day.

I started writing a book... Almost a year ago now I think... Every now and then I add to it.
Maybe this is something that should def go in there.
