Tell me the Supreme Court isn't going to blow PASPA to smithereens where it belongs
...and soon.
Just came across this excellent piece. Fortunately some people still haven't completely forgotten about important principles and concepts here, although too often you don't hear people arguing such matters with any of them even remotely in mind:

Soon I may be raising it to a triple dare for someone to tell me SCOTUS is not about to kill PASPA and correct the national anomaly that's been going on all these years.

Okay folks, it's official: I'm raising it to a triple dare now. 
I realize some may have the courage to take this on, so go ahead and tell me SCOTUS is not about to kill PASPA with the New Jersey case:
