Term Query
I've been ploughing through the general t&c at InterCasino and came across this:
"The maximum amount of a Transfer Transaction out of an ECash Account may not exceed the amount of all previous Transfer Transactions into the ECash Account (including but not limited to credit card deposits minus any chargebacks) minus the amount of all previous Transfer Transactions out of the ECash Account (including but not limited to credit card refunds and credit card void transactions) minus all disputed amounts (including but not limited to credit card chargebacks) minus applicable service charges and/or fines."
I'm a little unsure as to what it means. I've re-read it a few times and all I can think it means is that players cannot withdraw more than they have deposited. I'm sure this cannot be the actual intention as that would mean that players couldn't withdraw any winnings that exceed their deposits.
Could you clarify, please? Perhaps an example?
Cheers!

Hi FictionNet,
I agree that this is isn't the most clear sentence in the world!
I ran this past our Casino manager Friday afternoon and will follow up with him tomorrow morning when we're back in the office, to get some more clarification and/or to get this updated on site to add more clarity for our users.
Thanks,
Tom

Thanks for the prompt reply, Tom. The more I deal with Partnerlogic, the more I like the way you guys do things.

Hi FictionNet,
Clarification regarding this paragraph has been requested from the legal department - and we hope to get this in place soon (obviously, this isn't an instant thing I'm afraid)
However, a more acceptable way of saying this would be :
“The maximum withdrawal from an eCash account cannot exceed your available balance minus service charges and disputed amounts (including, but not limited to, credit card chargebacks)”
That would be a very complicated way to say we don’t lend casino credits. But this will be updated accordingly by our legal guys - Let me know if you need any more info about this.
Thanks,
Tom
