Sorry dont understand that part, could you clarify what you mean by close acounts, close what accounts? their sportsbook accounts?

No i am sorry i posted in the wrong section.

Yes all sportsbooks accounts and poker accounts will be closed except those of La Française de Jeux and PMU.

So what you would be asking is that they close their current sportsbook accounts and open a new one from your affiliate link?

By doing that you would be in effect stopping the affiliates that signed them up to their first account from earning any future income.

Is that correct or have i got this wrong

Its is not me that ask them to close their account, it is the french government that will ask all the bookmakers to close their french customers accounts.

The goal for the affiliates right now is to be ready for the opening with as much as possible trafic because every new visitor will potentially register on any bookmaker.
