I'm slightly confused by what you mean - are you a player? I only ask as this is actually a forum for webmasters who work in the igaming industry.
If you are playing at online casinos and want to stop playing blackjack but can't stop yourself then you will need to self-ban from the entire casino. If blackjack is a problem for you (eg: if you are, or at risk of, becoming addicted) then you really should just stop playing now. In the long run the game favors the house so it's just a form of entertainment, if you aren't enjoying it then just don't do it.
I suspect though you might be a poker player playing blackjack as a side game? (just from the way you phrased the question)

good question actually. I know as an affiliate i have had several poker players build large bankrolls in the thousands only to loose it all at blackjack or side games.
Player wise i think you should able to request they remove that option - but not sure if they have that option as they want you to bust out at black jack.
Hopefully though you can stop on your own accord and not need them to self ban the whole account.
The other option is to just play at a room that does not offer such side games.
Hope you get this resolved mate but if not - i will do some research for you and try and find a room where you can play poker only - no side games - if thats what you need.
Cheers
Most poker rooms with tables games as side games will block sidegames for you if you ask them.
I know with our poker rooms, we have have players who wish to be excluded from side games, because they might be great poker players but awful blackjack players.
If you have a gambling problem - talk to the casino and get yourself excluded. Its not worth it.
