Default time to shape up or get out !

Im not sure where to put this but i can't post in most places as of yet.

    Dear affiliate managers.

I dont know what the problem is with you guys paying your affiliates on time, but it has to come to an end. Its very simple, pay us or we dont promote you. Fourtune affiliates come to mind. When was the last time these smucks were on time? money mechanic..where is my money? vegas affiliates, there is no need to be 3 months late for a paymet.as you were earlier this year .idiots.

This is aliving for some of us and I can say that Im tired of the bull. Ive never complained before, but you people need to get your heads on strait or get out of the buisness.

If I can spend all day finding ways to promote you, im sure you can find a day to send payments to people.

This is your last warning from me, pay or you dont get promoted anymore. I would think that others would agree with me here.

I for one certainly don't have any issues with this. However we've come a long way since the casino affiliate companies of 2000. Those ones hardly even paid, let alone thanked you for your hard work

OK, but we are still a million of year behind the real word accounting (outside work).

It's simple, chasing payments or lost payments is becoming a job, all along the year I have a list of non-payments that grows and I have to handle it. I work with lots of affiliate programs and I earn in lots of them.

But, I guess, it's the ransom of the success.

Still, several casino affiliate programs need more professionalism, again, but I think it's more of a greedy approach than lack of proper business essentials.

I think the key is being selective with the programs. I rarely have a problem collecting payment (knock on wood). I generally us programs that have been recommened by friends or companies I have relationships with.

I am, however, ticked at Racebook.com. They have started poker on the site and there affilates dont get compensated for poker. Somthing about 'The system does not track poker visits yet. It's not yet fully integrated so if you refer players to our poker section, it won't be reflected in your stats.' - per an email I received.

Is there anyway as an association that we can contact them to put pressure on World Gaming to get us paid?

Personally, I've never had a problem with any of these groups, nor have I heard of many over the years. Occasionally, there are temporary probs with the normal communications/technical glitches that can occur with any biz, online or offline, but those are usually handled quickly.

The biggest problem I've seen with affiliates not getting paid by reputable programs (as those listed above) is incomplete or erroneous information given by the affiliate himself. Have you checked all your payment details? Also, there are certain countries where checks or wire transfers have continual problems; opening an online account like NETeller usually handles those.

If you're working with a disreputable company, however, there's not much anyone can do except to "spread the word".

We have a back end that makes it easy to temporarily hide any review.

Any late payment, the casino gets hidden and I send them an email "Dear X, just thought I should let you know that I will not be sending you any more visitors until you make last month's payment."

Maybe we just have good partners, but all our payments have been on time recently.

Like you said - no need to put up with this BS.

It might be more work if you have to hand code your changes, but when it takes 10 seconds to hide the review and 10 seconds to show it when they do cough up, I think it's worthwhile - the visitors to my site will hopefully go to another casino so I'm not losing anything.
