Hi Guys

Can anyone confirm whether they are seeing stats for the last few days? Click rates etc are tracking however revenue is at zero. I have also noticed changes to the last few days in January and the 1st February that are now showing less than what they were originally so would like to know why this has happened.

1^st & 2^nd all look fine for me, 3^rd and 4^th are missing though.

Yeah I have the 3rd and 4th now showing however still no explanation as to why certain days are now less. Agreed they are not the best affiliate with regard to their terms however they are a decent earner for me too.

Have experienced the same this month and still seeing it.

Stats used to update at midday the following day like clockwork but getting delays now.

I find they're always a little slow at the start of the month. Also, early in the month, they show figures for the end of the previous month which are still subject to reconciliation. Hence why you may see different figures for Jan 31st on Feb 1st and Feb 3rd.

I just wait until we get to the 5th of the month before checking!

Do you think this is because you send high value golf punters compared to just general sports punters? I can't do anything with Betfair at all it just doesn't pay. Do you send good volume or less volume but high value?

I know JustBookies has also said like me he can't get anywhere with them, even when sending decent numbers. I've given them up as a bad job.

Betfair are definitely one of the better bookies for golf yes, for us I think it's due to the fact that our referred punters with them are relatively sticky, so value over volume for sure - compared to some other bookies, if I look at the % of our total referred customer base since day 1 who play on any given month then they're around 3-4 times better than some other similar profile sportsbook brands.

Anyone else had this issue reoccur lately?

I've not seen any customer data in my Betfair account since Thursday which is strange as I rarely go a day without activity - especially on a Saturday. Still waiting on a response from them.

Yeah same here nothing for days so clearly an issue again. Last time I emailed them about it I didn't get a response at all either so I wouldn't hold out.

Got a response from my contact who said:

Thanks for the mail., Netrefer seems to be slow updating data but their working on getting it pushed through ASAP. Just from Friday to today.

Hopefully it will be sorted very soon.

Yeah suppose it is better to have no updates for days than actually having zero activity

Does anyone have a contact for Betfair guys? Last email I sent I did not get a reply. Still not been paid while others seem to have.
