Hi

Has anyone had dealings with Traffillions or Galaxy Affiliates? I'm owed substantial commission from both of them and they never respond to e-mail.

Furthermore, when I called the telephone number for Galaxy (from their web site) the call was redirected internationally and the guy had no idea who they were.

That is worrying, i have just signed up with Galaxy Affiliates. Will be interested to see what happens.

No experience with Traffilions, but Galaxy Affiliates are clowns. Their affiliate managers do not do what they promise, asking for some content, up to 3 times they're sending something plagued. After that a lot of useless promises. Also their casinos have crappy terms for players.

I am afraid you will have a hard time getting your money from this clowns.

First of all, I wish to make it clear on record Galaxy Affiliates has nothing to do with traffilions.

Secondly, I was just going through your account. I can see you earned some commission in October 2016 and I can also see that you have already been paid on November 15th with the reference "GALAXY-NLC-OCT16".

Moreover, I also saw you had a communication with one of the AMs where you confirmed regarding this.

Galaxy Affiliates pays all commission within 15 days after the activity month as per our T&Cs. Therefore, posting about non-payment after only 3 days of activity month and creating a unnecessary bad impression of the network is unfair. I apologise for the issues you have faced with us, however I will try to investigate this. It would be very helpful, if you can PM me your username you have used to sign up on Galaxy and the Affiliate manager you have got in touch with & anything you need will be sent to you ASAP.

I am sorry you feel that way about our casinos, but we have worked hard to come a long way & if you are still promoting or you wish to start promoting now, you will not be disappointed.

I was asking the community if they had any experience with either brand. The reason for this was e-mails were being unanswered and when calling the London "020" number on your site it went to a guy in India who had no idea about casinos.

Whenever one of our affiliate accounts go over £1000+, we always check in to make sure payment details are in the place and everything is OK. There was never any doubt that you was going to pay the commission.

I think The confusion was because the email was not sent to Galaxy Affiliates id, usually we respond to all the emails as quick as possible on weekdays. But i have dropped my official email id and you can contact me on that.
I understand your concern with the payments, but i hope its sorted out and that you have recieved the payments on time to your preffered account.

Traffillions back office not showing FTDs and Traffillions refusing to pay the commission.

This is our experience of the Traffillions, can't recommend them to anybody.

Completely pointless thread. You had a payment owed from September, You should give until the complete end of the following month until you start commenting on a forum such as GPWA. See this far to often with legit programs which puts an even worse impression on our industry.

Never had a problem with Galaxy or Excel. When i message them on Skype i have a reply within minutes. Payments always on time and have not once had a late one.

I'd stay well away from Galaxy and Mediacle aff programs in general. Their interests lie in their own casinos Nektan / Progress Play. They are all tied in. I can guarantee you between the scummy bunch they will simply be pushing their own casinos from the players you generate for casinos that aren't of interest to them. Absolute parasites the lot of them. Real slimey bastards.
