Hi laladomains,
Horse and Greyhound Racing (exempt from the USA UIGEA law for iGaming passed in 2006) and Fantasy Sports Betting are legal in most US States. Brands such as BetAmerica, TwinSpires, FanDuel, and Watch & Wager are all legally licensed in the United States. Affiliates do no need to apply for any licenses to promote racing/fantasy operators that are licensed in the US.
The state of New Jersey has also recently begun approving brands to allow players to play on online casinos as long as they are playing within the state itself. Some of the brands that have been approved include BetFair.com, Borgata, Tropicana, and Virgin. The full list can be accessed here: http://www.nj.gov/oag/ge/gamingsites.html
Affiliates do need to apply for licenses to promote these brands. More details here: http://pokerfuse.com/news/law-and-re...ensing-policy/
Hope this helps!

without saying names, but some small-medium casino sites will accept US players quietly.... if a US player logs on chat and want's to dep 1k....
I don't think so fast they will tell the player to go away, unless the casino is super strict or works with a top software.
I know this for sure..

Let's clarify:
1) Are there any online gambling sites that operate from the US and/or from servers based in the US? I'm 95% sure the answer is No.
2) Are there any online gambling sites that accept real-money players from the US? Yes. I know of about 70.
3) Are there any online gambling sites that accept affiliates based in the US? Yes, I know of dozens.

Online gambling is definitely becoming a hot topic in the United States. Currently legality is determined on a state-by-state basis with 90% of the states still prohibiting it. In the few states where it is legal, there are typically restrictions on it (e.g. it is only available to individuals physically located in that state) -- so legally gambling online is not very prevalent in the U.S. currently but more states are actively debating the issue and possibly even voting on the issue in the near future.
One alternative that does exist already is real-money skill gaming. Since these are games that do not involve luck, it is, by definition, not considered gambling and therefore 100% legal in the United States. GSN is one of the largest providers of real-money skill gaming in the world -- so if you feel this could be something of interest for your audience (particularly those in the U.S.), feel free to reach out and I'd be happy to discuss ways we could work together.

Most state lotteries are set up for the residents of that state, (or in a few cases a lottery may be set up for numerous states).
But it is not legal to have someone mail you an actual ticket if you paid for it. In other words, I can have a family member buy me a ticket in another state, and they can mail it to me, as long as I do not pay for it.
Since most lotteries in the US are state run, google can be your friend.
