Personally the best workout I can recommend is to have a kid and wait till he/she starts to walk. You can't imagine the workout involved in running after them making sure they don't get hurt and don't break stuff.

Mine started his Terrible Two's early and I am getting thin as a stick. Hubby's telling me to be cautious in the shower lest I disappear down the drain.

I don't know how i could take this toy.. er.. I mean.. sexercise, i mean exercise equipment seriously.

You can get them in rebel sport. They've been around for yonks. They're actually good on the arms but thats about it.

Also I feel great when people tell me that I am too slim to have had a baby. Specially since my lil' one took after his daddy and is quite big for his age. People sometimes mistake me for his older sister especially when we are hanging out with my mom and dad lol...

My boy - Mister Murphy turned 2 yesterday - 1st of June. He's been running since he was 2 weeks old. He jumps and wrestles these days. He loves to play ball. He's asleep beside me on one of the couches. awww!

Soooo cute. Mine's turning 2 on August 4th. Loves anything with wheels as long as it's lifesize. He's been learning to drive since he was about 1 lol... Not yet 2 but knows how to steer, understands the principle of shifting gears, knows how to switch on the wipers and the radio. Crazy how fast they grow up.
