With the new U.K. law you could inidicate the websites ( affiliations ) that can operate and then that are conform to law.

you know that the websites that are not conform but thay have intetion to be conform.

ok, I was gonna PM you my list but wanted to check a couple and found a resource which will be far more useful than my meagre little list.

Go to online.casinocity.com (sound familiar?)

and do an advanced search under 'juristictions' and you'll find a full list of casinos and poker sites licensed under each area.
