u.s. accepted affiliate programs ?

I usually post a thread like this once every couple years, since things change so fluently in this biz.

but generally speaking, which programs seem to give the best ratios these days for u.s. accepted deposits ?

hoping this thread doesn't turn too spammy, and that general consensus could be made from 1 or 2 programs that really work.

We do accept US players. It's actually as of today still our best converting country (ahead of CAN, AUS and other english speaking countries).
