I have $65 in the account uffiliate February. It is the first commission I make, as I can not find anything about paying the payment of commissions.
How to pay the commissions?

You must have at least $100 in your account in order to receive your commission from them

First, congrats on your first commission! This is taken from the FAQ page at
http://www.uffiliates.com/General/FAQ.aspx?Lang=en
We transfer payments to all our affiliates on the 15th of every month for the commission earned between the first and the last day of the previous calendar month.
Please be advised, that payments less than US$100 will be held over for all payment options until the total due to you is more than US $100.
